11.1
Filling transport refrigeration system
➤ Evacuate the transport refrigeration system.
➤ Fill the transport refrigeration system with 800 g of refrigerant.
11.2
Checking the transport refrigeration system
A
NOTICE!
• Only operate the electrical refrigeration system with a running engine to
prevent the vehicle's battery from running down. Undervoltage at the
power supply causes the refrigeration system to switch off.
• The compressor of the electrical refrigeration system is operated via the
vehicle's on-board supply. The power consumption of the electrical com-
pressor is therefore dependent on the operational status.
• After every instance of the compressor being at a standstill or being
switched off, it waits for a minimum time before starting up again. During
this time, the flashing compressor symbol appears on the display.
• During the compressor switch-off phase the evaporator blowers are
stopped.
• Do not use any UV leak tracers. The use of UV leak tracers can cause dam-
age to the electrical compressor.
• Never change parameter values that serve the basic functioning of the elec-
trical refrigeration system. Unauthorized changes to the set parameter val-
ues can cause malfunctions and irreparable damage to the refrigeration
system. The manufacturer does not accept any liability for operational faults
and damage caused by unauthorized changes to the parameter values.
