Master Layer Channels

When the Master Layer is selected in the Master Section, the Bus Outs, Aux Sends, and
Matrix Sends can be selected. A Bus Out is shown below. Aux Sends and Matrix Sends
appear the same except that they do not have a STEREO button.
A
STEREO button (Bus Out only)
This button is used to route the Bus Out to the Stereo Out.

INSERT button
This button is used to turn on and off the Bus Out's Insert.

COMP button
This button is used to turn on and off the Bus Out's Compressor.

Compressor curve display

This display shows the Compressor's curve.

EQ button
This button is used to turn on and off the Bus Out's 4-band Para-

metric Equalizer.

EQ curve display

This display shows the Equalizer's curve, which can be set by

dragging.

DELAY button

This button is used to turn on and off the Bus Out's Delay func-

tion.

Delay time
This parameter is used to set the delay time of the Delay func-
tion. Delay times can be set by dragging.

Channel number
Displays the Channel number of the channel.

AUTO button
This button is not used in Version 1.0 of Studio Manager for
DM2000.

SELECT button
This button is used to select the Bus Out.

SOLO button
J

This button solos the Bus Out and is colored orange when the
L
channel is soloed.
M
M
ON button
N
This button turns the Bus Out on and off. It is colored orange
when the channel is turned on.
O
N
Short Channel name
This is the channel's Short Channel name, which can be edited.
To edit the name, click it and type.
O
Channel Fader
This control is used to set the level of the Bus Out.
P
Channel Meter
P
This meter displays the signal level of the Bus Out.
