(2) Expansion duplexing interface

The expansion duplexing interface (IF658) is mounted on the first layer expansion
unit, and connects the expansion units in the second and subsequent layers to the
primary and secondary basic units in duplex configuration.
Mount IF658 on the slot having I/O module address "0" in the first layer expansion
unit (S1 for BU668 and S0 for BU666/664).
