Occasionally, a command may use more than one parameter of the same type. When
this occurs, the order of the parameters used in the command will map to the order
of the individual parameter descriptions.

Description
Any set of ASCII characters enclosed within single quotes
or double quotes. Examples are '1111111111111111'
and"0000000000000000".
Used to transfer large quantities of related data. Blocks can
be sent as definite length blocks (#<numeric><numeric>)
or indefinite length blocks (#0).
