Each time the latter digit increases 1, the accumulated operating time increases 400hr. When it reaches 9, it means the accumulated operating time is 5000hr; (4) Heavy pollution: the former digit in timer zone shows 3 while the latter one shows 0, which indicates the accumulated operating time is 100hr.
