The temperature is influenced by the flow from the dispenser and stratification of temperatures in the glass. In order to consider these phenomena and to introduce measures that allow comparisons in controlled conditions, below guidelines must be followed: Conditions: a) Water temperature in tank: 23°C (+/-2°C).
