CLEANING THE AIR FILTER
From time to time, the air filter needs to be removed
and cleaned. Do not operate without air filter installed.
Turn the air compressor OFF (0).
Unplug the air compressor.
Allow unit to cool.
Unsnap the air filter cover to remove (1).
Check the filter element (2). If it is dirty, blow
compressed airthrough the filter element for
10-15 seconds or replace if needed.If the filter
element is filled with paint,replace it.
Place cleaned element into housing and reattach
the air filter cover (1).
REPLACING THE BELT
WARNING: Serious injury or damage may occur if parts
of the body or loose items get caught in moving parts.
Never operate the outfit with the belt guard removed.
The belt guard should be removed only when the air
compressor power is disconnected.
Turn the air compressor off, lock out the power
supply, and relieve all air pressure from the
air tank.
Remove the fasteners from the belt guard. The
front belt guard can now be lifted up and away
from the unit.
Mark the motor position on the saddle.
Loosen the motor mounting screws and slide the
motor toward the air compressor pump.
Remove the belt and replace with a new one.
