Getting started with your mobile services

Here's all you need to get started:
• HTC S620
• Mains charger
• Standard or extended life
battery and battery cover
• BT Broadband Anywhere SIM card
• BT Yahoo! Mail address and password (you should
have already received this by email or letter)
• If you have ordered more than one
BT ToGo we recommend that the
primary account holder sets up first
• Your Hub's Wireless key and name (SSID), both
are on the grey label on the back of the Hub.
• You should also read the safety and
disposal instructions in the HTC S620 user
manual which is available online*.
Are you moving your mobile number
from a different mobile operator?
If you are keeping the same mobile number, please
make sure you copy your phonebook contacts
from your old SIM card onto your phone before
you port your number, otherwise you will lose all
your existing contacts when you swap SIM cards.

Set up your BT Home Hub

If you are new to BT Broadband, make sure
your BT Broadband is activated and your
BT Home Hub is working. Full instructions
are included with your BT Home Hub.

2 Insert SIM and
charge your phone
Insert SIM
Insert the SIM card into the slot at the top-left
corner above the gold contacts. Make sure the
BT logo is facing upwards and the corner notch is at
bottom right. Push the SIM card all the way in until
the SIM card locks into place.
Correctly installed SIM
Insert the battery and charge fully
Line up the battery contacts with the phone.
Push the battery down into place.
