The Siemens SISTORE is a family of Digital Video Recorders capable of acquiring
the video signals from a number of input cameras, showing the images on a local
monitor, and storing them in digital form on a local hard disk for later analysis. Also,
direct alarm inputs and outputs can be managed.
The host connection is based on a TCP/IP connection on a LAN network.
The following SISTORE models are current integrated in the DMS8000 Video Net-
work:
– SISTORE AX
– SISTORE CX
– SISTORE MX
– SISTORE MX Pro
– SISTORE MX NVS
– SISTORE SX
Although the models feature different characteristics, their configuration in Com-
poser is quite similar and it is discussed in this section for all of them.
