Centrifugal clutch
Dismantle the clutch drum using tool

Dismantle the circlip (G).
Heat the clutch housing and remove the
bearing.
Check the clutch drum with regard to
wear and damage.
Slide the tool (E) into the clutch cover.
Assembling the plate (B). The locking
pin on the plate must be guided through
the hole in the clutch cover and into the
hole (F) on the tool.
Now press the clutch drum out of the
clutch cover.
Dismantle the circlip (G) holding the
bearing in position in the clutch housing.
Heat the clutch housing to approx. 110
°C using a hot air gun
Knock the clutch housing against a
wooden block so that the bearing falls
out.
Check the clutch drum with regard to
wear and damage.
The diameter must not exceed 73.7
mm. If this is the case, replace the
drum.
