HAM BALLS WITH SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
1 pound ham, ground
1 pound lean ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
4 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated

2 eggs, beaten
2 cups peach preserves
1 16-ounce bottle honey Dijon
Combine all ingredients except for peach preserves and barbecue
sauce. Form into 1
sauce together and pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on high for
5-6 hours or until meat is done.
Yield: 24 meatballs
PORK CHOPS AND POTATOES
6 center cut pork chops
2 10-ounce cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

Combine ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours or until
