• Make sure your SoundLink
• Make sure your Bluetooth
®
• Your Bluetooth device may be out of range – try moving it closer to the
SoundLink speaker.
• Turn the SoundLink speaker off and back on.
• Make sure your connected device is on and playing.
• Press the AUX button and check that the AUX source indicator is on.
• Make sure the 3 mm plug is fully inserted into the SoundLink speaker.
• Increase the volume level on the device.
• Increase the SoundLink speaker volume.
• Reduce the volume level on the AUX source.
• Make sure the 3 mm plug is fully inserted into the SoundLink speaker.
