2. Wiring connection

3) Pull the sensor cable into the inside of the electrical box. (The cable path differs with the size of
sewing machine.)

1) Connect sensor ❶ with sensor junction cable

2) Connect sensor junction cable  with OP
junction cable  (or  or  ).

Connect sensor junction cable  with the
6-pin blue connector of OP junction cable A
 .
[ PS-800-8045 & -13085 Standard types ]
Connect sensor junction cable  with the
6-pin blue connector of OP junction cable C
 .
[ PS-800 Rotary knife type ]
Connect sensor junction cable  with 6-pin
blue connector of OP junction cable D  .
[ PS-800-8045 ]
① Pull two cables coming from the BK-8 control
box into the top surface of the electrical box
through the clearance provided between the
sewing machine housing and the frame.
② Pull the cables into the inside of the electrical
rack through the hole in the top surface of the
electrical rack.
