  • Page 5 Bracket Slot Wing Nut Gearbox Shield Dust Cup Retaining Washer NOTE: Make sure all parts are properly installedas illustratedintheillustrationbefore installing the trimmer head. S Alignholeinthedustcupwith thehole inthe sideofthegearboxby rotatingthedustcup. S Insert a small screwdriver into aligned holes. This will keep theshaft fromturning while tightening trimmer head.

NOTE: Makesureallpartsareinplaceasillus- trated,andthebladeis sandwichedbetween thedustcupand theretaining washer.There shouldbenospacebetweenthebladeandthe dust cup or the retaining washer.
