Placing a Call—Basic Options
Here are some easy ways to place a call on your Cisco
If you want to...
Place a call using the handset
Place a call using the
speakerphone

Redial a number
Place a call while another call
is active (using the same line)
Dial from a call log

Then...
Pick up the handset and enter a number.
Press
and enter a number.
Press
and enter a number. Or, if
is lit, press New Call and enter a number.
Lift the handset and press Redial to dial
the last number, or press Redial to
activate the speakerphone or headset.
1. Press Hold.
2. Press New Call.
3. Enter a number.

2. Select the listing or scroll to it and go
off-hook.
