Pre-adjusting the needle height

Requirement
With the needle bar at tdc (hole 2) the distance between the point of the needle and the
needle plate must be 19 mm.
Loosen screws 1.

Move the needle bar in accordance with the requirement without twisting it.
Tighten screws 1.
