• Note that mixing documents of different thickness may cause a
malfunction during feeding.
• Curled, wrinkled, or folded documents may cause an error. If this happens,

You can also scan the envelope. When using separation OFF mode,

• Disable the double feed detection function. (See "Using Ultrasonic Double

• If the envelope is not the first document in the batch, it may cause a
feeding error or a paper jam.
