OPERATION

Before turning the unit on, make sure:
- it is positioned as described in these instructions,
- that it is placed in a flat and horizontal position, and;
- that the air intake and outlet screens are free of all obstacles.
• Function Selection (mod. SO1010/1011/1030) :
Select the desired function by turning switch (A fig.3a et 3c) to line up the marking on the switch with one of the follo-
wing symbols:
: Off
: Cooling
: 1000W
: 2000W
• Indicator :
- On/Off indicator (C fig.4), lights up when the unit is turned on.
• Thermostat (mod. SO1020/1021/1030) :
Adjust the temperature setting, according to your own comfort, by turning
button B (fig.4)
• Frost-free setting
(mod. SO1020/1021/1030) :
This setting enables you to automatically maintain the temperature above 0°C in a normally
insulated room, whose volume corresponds to the power of your appliance.
mod. SO1020/1021 : Plug in the unit and turn switch B (fig.3b) to line up the marking on the
switch with the "
" symbol.
mod. SO1030 : Plug in the unit and turn switch B (fig.3c) to line up the marking on the
switch with the "
" symbol and turn switch A (fig.3c) to select one of the following: • 1000W or •• 2000W
• Cold ventilation setting
This setting enables you to use your fan heater as a fan in summer.

INSTALLATION ON WALL

The unit is made for wall use.
It must be positioned correctly and in a vertical orientation (switch located in the upper zone; see fig 4)
You must use the provided wall brackets (K) to attach the unit to the wall.
The minimum distances described in fig.4 must be respected.
Mounting: see fig. 5a.
• Fix the wall support with screws and appropriate plugs according to the direction indicated by the arrow.
• Clip the lower hook (J) of the wall support on to the bottom of the appliance.
• Clip the upper hook (I) of the wall support in the carrying handle of the appliance.
Removal: see fig. 5b.
• Press on the tab of the upper hook of the wall support and disengage the appliance from the hook.
• Maintain the appliance and press on the tab of the lower hook of the wall support.
• Disengage the appliance from the wall support.
