If the abnormality occurs in products, please first check the following points before requesting to
service center.
Symptom
Because there is no icon on
the desktop, it is impossible to
control.
Although running on the desk-
top icon, Web GUI does not
run.
Indoor remote control does
not work.

name of the indoor unit.

Removal of waste batteries and accumulators

(Product with embedded battery ONLY)
In case this product contains a battery incorporated within the product which cannot be readily
removed by end-users, LG recommends that only qualified professionals remove the battery,
either for replacement or for recycling at the end of this product's working life. To prevent dam-
age to the product, and for their own safety, users should not attempt to remove the battery and
should contact LG Service Helpline, or other independent service providers for advice.

Please check LAN cable and the power supply of Hub.
ACP 5 in the lock feature is enabled, the remote control func-
tion is not set.Peak control state must function setting from
the remote control at the indoor unit.If the function is active,
set the time schedule may be disabled.
Log in as superuser → System Settings → After select the
device you want to change, modify the name of or the device
→ Apply → Complete group settings
