Sensitivity
As an example of a level test, let us determine the high and low output
levels issued by the DUT. To do so, we vary the high and low receiver
thresholds to determine the lowest level, the DUT outputs as a high,
and the highest level the DUT outputs as a low.
We use the test function "Output Voltage Sensitivity":
1 Select out_volt_sensitivity from the list of AC Tests.

After selecting Report Mode, Test Mode, and Repeat Mode as required:
2 In the pin list field, enter the pins or pin groups to be measured.
These must be output pins only. The default @ specifies all appli-
cable pins.
3 Enter the units (mV or V) and pass low and high levels for the
measurement.

The test execution depends on the selected Test Mode:
• If passed/failed is selected, the test function sets low/ high compare
to the pass levels and runs a functional test.
