Information on reducing environmental impact:
Only use the induction hotplate with induction-compliant pans. Never use 'induction adapter plates', these
adapter plates considerably reduce the energy efficiency of an induction hotplate (available temperature
in the pan relative to the energy used) and invalidate all the benefits of a hob of this kind. This is down to
the heat transfer between the adapter plate and the base of the pan. This means the process takes longer
and energy is wasted.
Predictable misuse
The induction hotplate is not designed to be used
with an external timer or a separate remote control
system.
Risk of burns!
Do not place other items (e.g. cutlery, utensils,
pan lids, etc.) on the hotplate. These could get
very hot and you could burn yourself.
