The Frequency
Step
The frequency step is the minimum space
between frequencies
in the Manual or
Search Mode.
Your scanner is pre-programmed
with a
default frequency step for each of its 16
bands. See "Frequency Bands and Steps"
on Page 42. You can override the default
frequency step to search in larger or smaller
increments.
To override the default frequency step:
