Rear Axle
Cap Nut
• Place a cap nut on a flat surface, inside up.
• Fit the end of the rear axle into the cap nut.
• Tap the opposite end of the rear axle with a hammer to
secure the cap nut to the rear axle. Pull on the cap nut to
be sure it is secure.

X Marking
• Slide a round bushing, ring side first, onto the rear axle.
• Slide a wheel, X marking up, onto the rear axle.
• Slide a long bushing, ring end first, onto the rear axle.
• Slide a large washer onto the rear axle.

• Slide the rear axle through the six holes/slots in the rear
end of the frame.

• Fit a large washer onto the end of the rear axle.
• Slide a long bushing, long side first, onto the rear axle.
• Slide a wheel, X marking in, onto the rear axle.
