Comes on briefly when the ignition switch is
turned to the (On) position.
If it comes on while engine is running:

Comes on briefly when the ignition switch is
turned to the (On) position with the engine
stop switch in the (Run) position. Comes on
when the ignition switch is turned to the (On)
position with the engine stop switch in the
(Stop) position.
