Check the electrical connection

Clean the oil pump, or replace if

Mount pressure and vacuum
gauges at the pump and check

Clean filter (pre-filter and pump

Retighten fittings. Check the oil
lines for leaks; seal if necessary.
Connect correctly acc. to mark-
ings on pump
Check sizing of oil line cross-sec-
tion. Replace filter. Check the ex-
ternal oil valve.
Check external oil valve and re-
place if required
Replace solenoid valve coil
Replace oil pump
Replace nozzle
Replace oil pump
Replace flame monitor
Check the ignition electrodes; re-
place if necessary
