Configuring the upgrade and provisioning settings

About this task
Use the following procedure to upgrade the firmware of the deskphone. During the upgrade,
if the deskphone receives a call, the deskphone starts ringing. If the user does not answer the
call, the deskphone continues to ring till the upgrade completes. Therefore, you must plan the
upgrade during the off hours.
Procedure
1. Click Maintenance > Upgrade and Provisioning.
2. Enter the required details for each field.
3. Click Save.
4. Click Reboot at the upper-right corner of the page for the changes to take effect.
