    IMPORTANT TIPS AND SAFEGUARDS - This appliance is intended for domestic use only, not for commercial purposes. - To protect against electric shock, never immerse the appliance in water or any liquid. - Check the power supply and voltage with the rating label on the appliance to ensure it suits the local electrical service. - To avoid an overload of a power point, only use this appliance on its own without any other appliance connected to the same power point. - Do not allow the power cord to hang over the edge of the counter or touch a heated surface. - Ensure the appliance is only used on a flat and stable surface. - Unplug the appliance from the outlet when it is not in use and before cleaning. Allow the appliance to fully cool down before adding or removing parts and before cleaning. - Never store or use the appliance near a hot surface or appliance. - This appliance is for indoor use only. - Never modify or attempt to repair the appliance. Do not operate the appliance if it has a damaged power cord or plug. If there is a fault with the appliance, contact customer service. - Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used near children. This appliance is not to be used by children or by persons with reduced physical and mental capabilities, or lack of experience of knowledge. - Do not touch the hot surfaces of the glass lid and pot while the appliance is in use. - Take care when removing the glass lid when the unit is in use. - Slight smoking on first use is a normal occurrence. It will disappear shortly afterwards. BEFORE USE Before first use, be sure to remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging. Check that all parts are enclosed in the package and are not damaged. Remove any adhesives and all protections. Always wash the removeable parts in warm water with mild soap. NEVER immerse or allow the electrical components of the appliance to come into contact with water or any liquid.

    TO CLEAN THE APPLIANCE AFTER USE 1. Ensure the appliance has cooled down. 2. Ensure the appliance is turned off and unplug the power cord from the power point. 3. The removeable cooking pot and glass lid can be washed in warm soapy water with a soft cloth or sponge. Do not use an abrasive cleaner on the removable parts. Do not put the removable parts in a dishwasher. Please note, the accessories are not dishwasher safe. 4. The outer body of the appliance can we wiped with a clean damp cloth. 5.     USE INSTRUCTIONS - Connect the power lead to the power socket on the appliance. After connecting to a power source, a “beep” sound is heard. The LED display will on. - Press the function button to choose between the different cooking modes of the appliance. - After the function is selected, you can then adjust the time and temperature if needed. - Press the “Time / Temp” button to adjust the cooking time. Use the “+ or – “ buttons to adjust the cooking time. - When a cooking time has been chosen, press the “Time / Temp” again to adjust the temperature. Use the “+ or – “ buttons to adjust the cooking temperature. - When you have made your selection, press the “Start / Stop” button to begin the cooking process. - If the “Start / Stop” button is pressed in the middle of a cooking process, the appliance will go into standby mode. If it is pressed again while in standby mode, the appliance will revert to the previous function. Time and temperature: - After a function is selected, press the “Time / Temp” button to adjust the time. Press the “Time / Temp” button again to adjust the temperature. + and – - After pressing the “Time/Temp” button, press the “+ or – “ button to adjust the time or temperature. - For time: every press has a step of 1 minute. The Max operation time is 9 hours 59 minutes. - For temperature: every press has a step of 1 degree. The highest temperature setting is 240℃ and the lowest is 50℃. Keep Warm: - When the appliance is in standby mode, pressing the “Keep Warm” button will put the appliance into keep warm mode. The keep warm indicator will be on. Press the keep warm button again to cancel the keep warm function. The keep warm function will keep the appliance at 80 degrees. The keep warm temperature cannot be adjusted. Function: - The appliance has 10 cooking modes. Press the “Function” button to choose between these cooking modes- in a cycle: Slow Cook, Hot Pot, Rice, Porridge, Soup, Grill, Deep Fry, Stir fry, Fry and Steam. - Each press of the “Function” button chooses 1 function, and the corresponding indicator flashes (time and temperature can be adjusted while the indicator flashes).

If another function must be selected, then press the “Start/ Stop” button to cancel the current function and return to standby status to start the new function.
