Wash Lens Belt or Wash Lens

To replace wash lens belt or wash lens:
Step 1. Remove both head covers following procedure in
page
Step 2. At motor, loosen 2 x M3 x .5 x 5mm PPB screws and slide to loosen belt.
Step 3. At wash lens arm, disconnect spring.
Step 4. From center of wash lens arm shaft, remove 1 x 4-40 x 3/16" PTZ screw.
Step 5. Move arm so tab is out of sensor and remove arm. Note there is spacer underneath; ensure it
is still on shaft.
Note:
Drawing exploded and some
components removed for clarity.
Note: If replacing wash lens, replace from here in reverse. Do not proceed to Step 6.
Step 6. Remove belt.
Step 7. Replace in reverse.
