1. Set the IP Address for IP Terminal. (same segment with PRG10-12-09)
2. Set the Subnet Mask. (same as PRG10-12-10)
3. Register the SIP Server IP Address. (PRG10-12-09)
4. Register the SIP Server Port Number. (It should be "5070")
