USO DE LOS ACCESORIOS
Para acoplar los diferentes componentes es suficiente
introducir la unión (3) del flexible (2) en la empuñadura (4)
e introducir la parte hembra del accesorio que se quiere
utilizar en la parte terminal macho de la empuñadura (4).
(Fig. 8).
EMPUÑADURA (4)
Este accesorio está equipado de anillo de salida (5) que
permite regular la fuerza de aspiración (Fig. 9).
ANILLO CERRADO: máxima fuerza aspirante
ANILLO ABIERTO: mínima fuerza aspirante
NOTA
Aunque sea posible utilizar el aparato montando
los accesorios directamente en el tubo flexible, se
aconseja utilizar la empuñadura ergonómica para
una toma más adecuada y un uso más cómodo.
NOTA
Para una mayor duración y mejor funcionamiento
de los accesorios, limpiar y lubricar periódicamente
con grasa de silicona todas las partes de empalme.
TUBO TELESCÓPICO (Fig. 10)
Particularmente útil para alcanzar puntos altos o escondidos
(debajo de muebles, sofás, camas). Se aplica directamente
a la empuñadura (4).

PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN WHEN USING THE MACHINE
Before using the appliance, read these instructions carefully. Under no circumstances
shall the manufacturing Company be held responsible for any damage to people or
property that may be caused by a failure to follow the instructions given below or by

improper use of the machine.
- Make sure that the mains electrical installation
(230 V 50/60Hz) is provided with earthing and automatic
safety switch as required by the applicable regulations in
force. (Fig 1)
- Do not tug at the supply lead or at the appliance itself to
remove the plug from the wall socket (Fig 2)
- Unplug the appliance before filling the tank with water.
- Do not use the appliance in rooms saturated with gas
- Do not vacuum flammable, explosive or corrosive substances.
- Do not leave the appliance running unattended; ALWAYS
switch it off before moving away from it.
- Before attempting to carry out any maintenance or cleaning
operation, ALWAYS remove the plug from the power supply
socket.- Do not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet
when the machine is plugged.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or liquids. Use a
damp cloth to clean. Avoid using solvents or detergents as
these may damage the outer finish.
- Should electric lead extensions be used, make sure that
they are adequate to the electric load in use so as not to
cause dangers for the operator or for the overall safety of
the room where the appliance is used. Inadequate extension
leads can result in malfunctioning of the appliance.
- In case of appliance failure or malfunction, contact your
dealer or an authorised GAGGIA service engineer. Do not
attempt to disassemble the appliance.
WARNING
Any servicing of the supply cable must exclusively be carried
out by personnel from the GAGGIA after-sales service.
