Spicy baked oven nuts

Serves 8
Ingredients
400 g mixed whole nuts (e.g. almonds,
hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, cashew
nuts)
1–1 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Method
Spread the nuts out on a glass dish. Stir
together the chilli flakes, salt and oil
and mix with the nuts. Roast until
golden.
Stir several times during cooking.
