FORMATTING REPORTS
Sometimes the data stored in the 5110 cannot be used unless the data
is in a printed report. And the printed report cannot be used unless
the report is in a readable format. The following procedure can be
used to generate a readable report, assuming the necessary data for
the report is already stored in the 5110:

Determine the headings for the report. The headings should
describe the information in the report.

Arrange the data so that the data will be located under the
appropriate heading.

Edit the data (see Useful APL Statements and User-Defined
Functions for Formatting Reports).

Print the data.
The following example shows how this procedure might be used.
