Exterior Rear View Mirrors

The exterior mirrors have electrically
heated glass. The heater switches on
and off automatically, depending on
outside temperature.
Driver's side:
The exterior mirror (2) can be adjusted
from inside the vehicle by moving
adjusting lever (1) in the desired direc­
tion.
Passenger side:
The passenger side exterior mirror is
convex (curved surface). Exercise care
when using the passenger side mirror.
See warning imprint on mirror.

To adjust the mirror:
Turn key to steering lock position 2.
The exterior mirror can be adjusted
using the switch. Adjust the mirror so
you can just see the side of your
vehicle in the portion of the mirror
closest to the car.
Note:
If the mirror housing is forcibly pivoted
from its normal position, it must be
repositioned by applying firm pressure
until it snaps into place.

Inside Rear View Mirror

The mirror can be tilted to the anti-glare
night position using the lever at its
lower edge.
1 = Normal position
2 = Anti-glare night position.
Use your inside mirror to determine the
size and distance of objects seen in the
convex mirror.
