Locking and Unlocking at Trunk

Separate locking of trunk
Remove key in this position.
Note:
If the trunk is to remain locked
(e.g. when leaving the car at a
parking garage or workshop), lock
the trunk separately. Leave only
the valet key with the vehicle.

Power Windows and Sliding/Pop-
Up Roof
Hold key in door lock or trunk lock in
the locking position (3). The windows
and the sliding/pop-up roof begin to
close automatically after approxi­
mately 1 second.
W arning!
Never close the windows or
sliding/pop-up roof if there is
danger of anyone being harmed
by the closing procedure.
In case of danger, the closing
• P7S-0002-B13A
procedure can be immediately
reversed by turning the key to the
unlocking position (2) within
10 seconds. The sliding/pop-up
roof will only open if it was not
fully closed.
Note:
If the closing procedure is interrupted,
it can only be continued by first
turning the key to the unlocked
position (2) and then again to the
locking position (3).
