Subtended Network Configuration with OC-3 NI-2 Cards
In a subtended network configuration using OC-3 NI-2 cards (SMF or MMF), you can subtend up to
twelve OC-3 configured chassis in a daisy chain, all connecting through one subtending host chassis to
the ATM backbone (see Figure 2).
