2. CAUTIONS ON THE OPERATION

2-1. Installation
- Install the w asher in the place easy of access to w ater, electrical pow er and drainage.
- Install the w asher on a firm and flat floor.
- B e sure that the w ashing m achine m ust be grounded w ith the external grounding w ire(option)
or w ith the pow er cord and electric outlet of the house.
- A void installing the m achine w here it can be exposed to rain or direct ray of the sun, that m ay
cause trouble or discoloration. In case the m achine has to be installed in such a place, provide a
shield to protect m achine from rain or direct rays of the sun.
- In sum m er or other periods w hen there is a great difference betw een the w ater tem perature and the
air tem perature, drops of w ater m ay condense on the outside of the tub, and the floor m ight becom e
w et from dripping; be careful of this.
- P lease disconnect the pow er cord plug after w ashing.
2-2. Grounding
- C onnect the grounding w ire(option) to a w ater faucet if the pipe is m ade of m etal.
- M ake sure that the pow er cord is unplugged during ground w ork.
- B e sure to w ind grounding w ire on a m etal pipe like Fig1.
(D o not connect the grounding w ire end to a gas tube.)
- F or m axim um security, attach the grounding w ire to a copper plate or grounding rod and bury it at
least 20cm in the ground like F ig2.
