Choose the load size
The LOAD SIZE pad selects the water level in the wash bowl;
To change the water level,
Press the LOAD SIZE pad.
Each press of the pad will change the load size;
EX-SMALL-->SMALL-->MEDIUM-->LARGE
The lights will stay on as the pad is pressed, eg. Medium has three
lights ON.
The washing machine reduces the washing time when a smaller
load size is selected. This is shown on the electronic display.
Choose the wash temperature
Press the WASH TEMP pad to select the temperature you require;
there are five temperatures to choose from.
WARM-->WARMER-->HOT-->COLD etc.
All rinse water temperatures are cold except for the woollens cycle.
When a HOT water wash has been selected the washing machine
will initially wet the clothes with cold water to avoid fabric damage.
IMPORTANT:
To start the wash cycle
Press START/PAUSE.
The washing machine will start the wash programme you have
selected. The time to complete the wash programme will be shown
on the electronic display.
NOTE:
When a wash programme has finished, all of the progress indicator
lights will be 'off', but the selected wash programme lights will
remain 'on'. ie; WASH light, LOAD SIZE light and WASH TEMP light.
The electronic display will show 'Fn' to tell you the wash
programme has finished.
The washing machine will 'Beep' at the end of a wash programme
unless selected otherwise, see page 9 to switch off end of wash
Beeper.
Some hot water supplies are TOO hot
and can damage your washing
machine and clothes.
Make sure that your hot water supply
is not hotter than 70°C. If your water
supply is too hot you may need to fit
a temperature limiting valve. This
must be fitted by a qualified plumber.
This time does not include the time that the washing
machine will take to fill with water because of the different
water pressures in homes.
