OPERATION

STARTING THE ENGINE

Refer to SAFE OPERATING PRECAUTIONS on page
1. Make sure that the circuit
breaker is in the OFF position.
The generator may be hard to
start if a load is connected.
2. Turn the fuel valve lever to the
ON position.
3. Pull the choke knob to the
CLOSED position to start a cold
engine.
Leave the choke knob in the
OPEN position to restart a
warm engine.
