UNDO ?
The overwrite operation is not
recommended if the track to be

overwritten contains noise. Since
recording is performed on a 6-
cluster basis (approx. 12 seconds),
over-writing a noisy track may erase
a part of the track.
... It is not possible to assign a track title
during overwrite recording.
... Sometimes the maximum recording
time will not be available even after
performing "ERASE DISC".
In this case, try performing "ERASE
DISC" again. However, you will not be
able to UNDO it afterwards.
... While the LP4 (quadruple long-play)
mode provides exceptional recording
time thanks to advanced compression
technology, very occasionally you may
hear some slight noise, depending on
the material being recorded. We
therefore recommend that if sound
quality is more important for your
recording project than recording time,
you use either the SP (stereo) or LP2
(double long-play) mode.
