Linear: The base station will distribute calls in predefined order from the lowest-numbered available
Handsets, if no answer within ring timeout, the call will be sent to next available Handsets in sequence.
This mode is also called "serial hunting".
In the example below; all Handsets are available, the incoming call will be sent to HS1 since it's the
lowest-numbered available Handsets, if no answer within ring timeout, the call will be sent to HS2 since
it's the next available lowest-numbered Handsets, and same applies for HS3 and etc.
