Troubleshooting
Corrective Action
Replace lamp. Refer to Replacing Lamp in
the Maintenance section.
Replace fuse F2 (30 A, Slo-Blo).
See Photocell not operating in this table.
Replace brush assembly. Refer to Replacing
Brushes and Brush Brackets in the
Maintenance section.
Replace cordset or socket.
Replace photocell.
Replace relay.
Repair or replace wire.
Move socket up or down so the lamp filament
is at the focal point of the reflector.
Clean lenses after they cool off.
Replace fuse F1 (3.2 A, Slo-Blo).
Replace relay.
Replace motor.
Replace defective bearing.
Repair or replace wire.
Refer to Heater not operating in this table.
Replace fuse F3 (5 A, Slo-Blo).
Replace thermostat.
Replace heater.
