A-B REPEAT

You can define a section to be played back repeatedly.

Press the A-B REPEAT button during play-
back.
•
The starting point (A) will then
be selected.

Press the A-B REPEAT button again at the
end point (B) of the desired section.
•
The selected section will be
played back repeatedly.

To exit A-B repeat playback, press the A-B
REPEAT button and set it to OFF.
NOTES:
•
If B is selected at a point which is earlier than
point A, the previous setting of A is canceled and
the point selected as B will become the setting for
A.
•
With DVDs, the A-B repeat section can be set only
within the current title.
•
With audio CDs, the A-B repeat section can be set
across different tracks.
•
A-B repeat is not available with some scenes in
DVD.

The program screen will appear.
REPEAT

The total playback time for the
selected tracks will appear on the
REPEAT TOTAL line.

Playback will start in the programmed order.
•
The contents of the program are retained after the
program playback ends.

NOTES:
•
Addition or confirmation of programs is not possi-
ble during program playback. You must stop the
current playback before such operations can be car-
ried out.
•
Press the CLEAR button to cancel a program. The
most recently entered program will then be deleted.
•
Up to 20 programs can be stored at any time.
•
Numbers which exceed the number of tracks on the
disc in the tray are not accepted.
•
Playback from a desired track and random play-
back are not available during program playback.
•
Program settings are cleared when the power is
turned off or the disc loading tray is opened.

Press the MODE button in stop mode.
Press the number or K K /L L buttons to enter the
desired track numbers, and then press the
ENTER button to select the settings.
Press the PLAY button.
