Note on condensate drain
■
Condensate will form in the flue system. Return of
this condensate must be prevented on site. This is
done by taking appropriate steps, e.g. by installing a
condensate trap.
Close the KOA condensate drain connectors when
■
not in use. They are designed for draining any con-
densate collected during the start up phase.

Installing the burner
Preparing the burner connection
If the additionally supplied burner plate was not pre-
drilled at the factory, drill the burner fixing holes into
the burner plate and cut out the aperture for the flame
head.
Fitting the burner plate (if delivered separately)
Danger
Leaks can result in poisoning through escaping
gas.
Check unused boiler apertures and gas lines for
tightness. Reseal if required.
