Ths settng defnes the DVMT pre-allocated memory. Pre-allocated memory s
the small amount of system memory made avalable at boot tme by the system
BIOS for vdeo. Pre-allocated memory s also known as locked memory. Ths s
because t s "locked" for vdeo use only and as such, s nvsble and unable to be
used by the operatng system.
