The grounding takes place via the spray gun handle or the trigger. Protective clothing, including gloves, must comply with EN 1149-5. The measured insulation resistance must not exceed 100 MΩ.

    5. Set the air pressure to 1–1.5 bar with the pump pressure regulator (1) and the product pressure regulator (2, for ZIP 52 Finishing), in order to reach the desired product amount and/or the desired product pressure. 6. Set the atomizing air pressure regulator (3) to 1.5–2 bar.
