BURNER CONNECTION TO THE BOILER
ASSEMBLING THE HEAD UNIT
The burner head is packaged separately from the body of the bur-
ner.
Remove the combustion head diffuser to insert the insulating flan-
ge -17 between the burner and the boiler plate null.
Anchor the burner to the boiler door as follows:
• Adjust the connection flange -19 position loosening the screws
-6. The burner head must penetrate to the extent requested by
the generator manufacturer.
• Place the insulating rope -2 on the sleeve.
• Anchor the the head unit to the boiler -1 using the stud bolts,
washers and nuts provided -7.
DANGER / CAUTION
Completely seal the gap between the burner sleeve and
the hole in the refractory material inside the boiler door with
suitable material.
• Place the half-hinges -16 of the ventilating body and combu-
stion head in such a way that they can be fixed the using pins
-4.
• Fasten the half-hinges with the screw -5.
