    The Culligan Your Culligan water conditioner consists of three basic components, (A) the Control Valve, (B) the Mineral Tank, and (C) the Brine System. Process A. Control Valve The exclusive Culligan control valve automatically performs a variety of tasks that are necessary for the proper operation of your water conditioner.
