2. Scanning with the Windows 95 Operating System

When using the Windows 95 operating system, start up the previously installed ScanCraft FS driver software from
the Windows Start Menu or Explorer, or from within a program that supports the TWAIN standard.
Double click on the ScanCraft FS icon in the ScanCraft FS folder
or
Select ScanCraft FS from the Windows Start Menu
or
(Using PhotoShop as an Example)
Select [TWAIN32] from the pulldown menu.
SUGGESTION:
• Please refer to the ScanCraft FS Users Guide for instructions on how to use ScanCraft FS.
• The ScanCraft FS Users Guide can be read with the Adobe Acrobat Reader, a version of which is
supplied on the CD-ROM disk shipped with your CanoScan 2700F package.
• To see installation instructions for Adobe Acrobat Reader, open the [Readme] file on the CD-
ROM.
• To read the Users Guide, look on the CD-ROM for the [Manual] folder, and double-click on the
[Scancrft.pdf] file to open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
