Phone software update
NOTE: LG reserves the right to make
firmware updates available only for
selected models at its own discretion
and does not guarantee the availability
of the newer version of the firmware
for all handset models.
LG Mobile Phone software update
via Over-the-Air (OTA)
This feature allows you to update
your phone's software to a newer
version conveniently via OTA, without
connecting with a USB data cable.
This feature will only be available if

and when LG makes a newer firmware
version available for your phone.
First, you can check the software
version on your mobile phone:
Settings > About phone > Software
update > Check now for update.
You can also delay the update by 1 hour,
4 hours, 8 hours, or one day. In this case,
the application will notify you to update
when the time is up. You can also
rearrange an update manually.
