OPERATION
Warning! Danger of burns! Do not touch the appliance while in use. During use the appliance
becomes hot.
• When opening the glass lid (2) keep your hands and face away - HOT STEAM!
• Keep your hands and face away from the ventilation opening on the glass lid (2).
• When using the appliance always wear kitchen mittens.
• Do not move the appliance while it contains hot oil or other hot fluids.
Tips for use
• Only use nylon or heat-proof plastic cooking utensils. Metal utensils may scratch the non-stick
surface. Do not use a sharp knife to cut food in the pan.
• This appliance is not designed to deep fry. Caution! Only a thin layer of oil can be spread on the
surface of the heating plate not for frying but only for better cooking.

CLEANINg AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning make sure the appliance is switched off and disconnected from the electrical
outlet.
• Clean the appliance after each use.
• Before cleaning let the appliance cool.
• Clean the appliance with a damp cloth or sponge and a mild soap solution.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
• For cleaning never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, or metal or sharp objects.
• Store the appliance in a cool, dry, protected from moisture and out of the reach of children location.
